Undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students from the University of Tartu are invited to an international student conference ”Bridges in the Baltics“, held at Vilnius University in Lithuania from 4 to 5 October 2024.

Our scholars engage in multifaceted international research in European languages, European and North American literatures, literary theory, translation studies and applied linguistics. Active cooperation with embassies and various cultural institutions gives our students the opportunity to learn with native speakers and professionals in their field. Our European languages and cultures MA programme and PhD programme welcome both local and international applicants. Moreover, everyone interested can sign up for a variety of language courses and participate in our Estonian summer school.
