The customer support service offers comprehensive assistance to users in case of various information technology-related problems and orders.
The University of Tartu IT helpdesk provides user support for all IT-related problems from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6:20 p.m.
On Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m., support is available only for problems that directly disrupt daily studies and cannot be postponed, and the most operational help is by phone during this time.
Our office at Uppsala 10 is open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
