Sara Bédard-Goulet is Professor of Romance Studies at the University of Tartu. Her main research interests in the field of contemporary French-language literature include reader-response theories; ecocriticism and geopoetics; literature and psychoanalysis. She has worked extensively on the novels of French author Jean Echenoz and the novels, plays and autobiographical narratives by Quebec author Michel Tremblay. She is also interested in contemporary art and currently developing a research-creation approach to research.
