Carmel Raudsepp – The Swedish Language Scholarship Winner

Three years ago, the Department of Scandinavian Studies at the University of Tartu established a scholarship, financed by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Estonia and the Embassy of Sweden, to students majoring in Swedish language and literature. The 2020 scholarship winner is Carmel Raudsepp.

In addition to her Swedish studies, Carmel works in a company as a translator and among foreign languages she can handle not only Swedish but also English, Norwegian and Russian. Her passion for Swedish language has increased through the years and she is now aiming towards a Master’s Degree.

We wish Carmel continued success in her studies and work.
